Integrated MEP are a multi-disciplined Mechanical, Electrical and Fire contractor operating from London, Manchester and Glasgow.

As with the specification of any building element, no component exists in isolation. Increasingly, clients are seeking integrated
and more cost-effective solutions to their air conditioning, ventilation and building hygiene requirements.

At the same time, important health and safety issues relating to both air handling and water hygiene have to be addressed.

From a management point of view, service and planned maintenance contracts need to be drawn up to maintain the performance of these vital building services for the lifetime of the building.

A division, which specialise in the planning, design, installation and maintenance of
air conditioning systems.

A division, which is committed to the design, installation, procurement, servicing and
maintenance of all types of fire protection inclusive of CoolFire.

> MEP PLANT:
A division specialising in all aspects of mechanical services with the installation of air handling units, ventilation packages, ductwork systems, boiler & heating equipment, and pumping systems.

All divisions are staffed by qualified and experienced engineers and designers using the most up to date computer technology enabling Integrated MEP to apply this to a diverse market place. These include hotels, schools, warehouses, offices and retail applications.

We employ a full time Health, Safety & Environmental Manager who has Graduate Membership of the Institute of Safety & Health.

Darren has worked in the sector for 14 years and is fully experienced in contract negotiations and delivers beyond expectations consistently.

His strong communication skills business acumen and strong financial control along with his individual personal skills allow Darren to be a recognised leader in the market sector.

Darren’s role includes the preparation and response to client tenders, presentation and project negotiations.

Service delivery and client retention, and the development of new products and services.

Operations Director

David has a site Project Management/installation background but has acquired a deal of Technical understanding together with a very strong commercial bias.

He manages to combine excellent communication skills with sound working knowledge of Programme, Procurement,
and Installation & Handover.

David is competent as well as assured to encourage others to maximise their potential. He is pragmatic and versatile and has recently acquired NVQ7 in Building Services Management.

He is working as an appointed director at Vectorwell Ltd following the success of several key projects all associated with Mechanical Services into the Industrial/Commercial sector.

Fiona joined the company in 2007 after working for 5 years previously in management accounts.

Prior to working in the hotel industry Fiona had gained experience from a variety of businesses, roles including: Finance Trainee, Trainee Auditor, Finance Assistant and Accounts Assistant.

Fiona brings her experience, her communication skills and a warm personality to a busy accounts department that ensures the smooth running of the business.

David in 2012 as Technical Manager from working directly for the hotel industry with Marriott Hotels and more recently Arora Hotels.

Prior to working for the hotels David had gained contractor experience working in
both remodelling and mechanical installations.

David has worked in the sector for 12 years and is fully experienced in live operations and uses this to advise and guide the client, his time working directly is an invaluable asset in understanding the customer’s needs

David has taken hotels through full refurbishment and managed small works
and treats all projects with equal importance and relevance.

David’s role includes the preparation and response to client tenders, presentation
and project negotiations.

Service delivery and client retention, and the development of new products and services.

QUALIFICATIONS:
(MEng) Masters of Mechanical Engineering with Management, NVQ levels 2 - 3 in Domestic Natural Gas Installation & Maintenance

KEY DATA:

A professional and creative engineer with excellent project management and technical skills.

Patrick has experience of leading people
to effectively accomplish project objectives. He has a proven record of managing projects from concept to completion; in 2016 he managed and led a team of engineers to design and manufacture a vehicle that broke the British Human Powered Land Speed Record.

He also has six years’ industry experience and is a fully qualified heating engineer.

Patrick joined the company in 2016 and is currently involved in major MEP projects throughout the UK.

QUALIFICATIONS:
NVQ levels 2 - 3 in Air Conditioning Service, Maintenance & Installation, NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing & Heating.

KEY DATA:

Mark is a very hard working and motivated professional with excellent management and technical skills with years of experience in project management.

He is a natural leader and has a strong ability to communicate with all engineers, suppliers and clients.

With over 12 years within the industry Mark’s experience and expertise along with his
'can do' attitude has become invaluable.

Since joining the business in 2015 Mark has managed several prestige projects throughout the UK.

Michael has an administration background and manages to combine excellent organisation skills with sound administration expertise. He is competent and assured to prioritise work effectively.

He has a procedural approach to organisation, is technically knowledgeable and has a can do – will do attitude.

Full Time Project Administrator with the added responsibility of assisting in credit control. He understands the importance of offering service plus to our high profile clients as well as he is involved in all projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:
NVQ levels 2 - 3 in Plumbing & Heating.
17 edition wiring regulation, Asbestos trained, Legionella trained, First aid at work, PASMA Trained, IPAF Trained

KEY DATA:

Umar is a professional time served qualified engineer with excellent hands on and technical skills. He has got strong ability to communicate effectively with other constructions disciplines and clients alike.

With five years’ site experience, Umar has been involved in many projects within his engineering career. He has completed an apprenticeship in Mechanical Engineering NVQ & Portfolio based and has also attended many courses to progress his knowledge.

Fully qualified heating engineer joined the company in 2016 and is currently the main service support admin staff at Vectorwell Ltd.
